Membership in the Simple Fuels Biodiesel Users Group (BUG) is required for California customers to purchase biodiesel blends over B20 from us. This is in accordance with California Division of Measurement Standards (DMS) regulations. As biodiesel at higher blends is considered a 'developmental fuel' in California, the regulations allows for the fuel to be sold and distributed to fleets and within other approved groups. In the case of individual consumers, fuel sales will also be allowed to members of “Biodiesel Users Groups”.

To become a Simple Fuels Biodiesel BUG Member, you will first have to create a site login using the form to the left. A valid email address is required.

Then please read the Membership Agreement

Once you have read the agreement, you can join the Users Group in your profile using the following steps:

• click on your name under 'Your Profile' in the left sidebar
• select 'Edit', then 'Update Your Profile'
• under the 'BUG Membership' tab, click the checkbox indicating that you have read and understand and agree to the terms
• enter your vehicle information, typical blend level, and estimated annual consumption
• select 'Update'
